OptMazon is an AI-powered Amazon seller optimization platform that provides:
- Product listing analysis and optimization recommendations
- Pricing intelligence and Buy Box monitoring
- Brand analytics and search query performance analysis
- Advertising campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Automated monitoring and alerting for listings and competitive landscape
The Service connects to your Amazon Seller account through Amazon's official SP-API OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.
3. Account and Authorization
To use the Service, you must:
- Have an active Amazon Seller Central account
- Authorize OptMazon to access your seller data through Amazon's OAuth 2.0 flow
- Ensure you have the authority to grant such access for the seller account
- Keep your Amazon account credentials secure — we never ask for your Amazon password
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Amazon's Terms of Service
- Not use the Service to manipulate Amazon's marketplace in ways that violate Amazon's policies
- Verify and review all optimization recommendations before implementing them on your listings
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon's seller policies
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's underlying algorithms
- Not share your Service access with unauthorized third parties
5. Data Usage
By authorizing OptMazon, you grant us permission to access and analyze the seller data necessary to provide the Service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

- We only access data within the scope of permissions you explicitly grant
- Your data is used solely to provide optimization analysis for your account
- We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties
- You can revoke access at any time from Amazon Seller Central
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its algorithms, software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Indigo Exchange Global Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The optimization recommendations and analysis generated by the Service are provided for your use in managing your Amazon seller account. You retain all rights to your own seller data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties that optimization recommendations will result in specific outcomes
AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific improvements in sales, rankings, or profitability. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indigo Exchange Global Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, sales, or revenue
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Changes to your Amazon seller account status, rankings, or Buy Box eligibility
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indigo Exchange Global Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by revoking OptMazon's access from your Amazon Seller Central account.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
