Request Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of all data associated with your Amazon Seller account at any time.

What Data We Hold

When you authorize OptMazon, we store the following data related to your seller account:

  • Product catalog data (listings, titles, descriptions, keywords)
  • Pricing and Buy Box data
  • Search query performance and brand analytics data
  • Advertising campaign performance metrics
  • Seller account identifiers (Seller ID, marketplace IDs)

We do not store any buyer PII, payment information, or personal financial data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your Amazon Seller ID so we can identify your account
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
  4. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Alternative: Revoke Access from Amazon

You can also revoke OptMazon's access directly from your Amazon Seller Central account:

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central
  2. Navigate to Settings → User Permissions → Third Party Apps & Services
  3. Find OptMazon and click "Remove" or "Revoke Access"

When you revoke access, we automatically delete all your data within 30 days.

Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you reconnect your account after deletion, we will need to re-authorize and re-fetch data from your Amazon Seller account. Active data is also subject to our 90-day rolling retention policy — data older than 90 days is automatically purged.
