How do I connect my Amazon account?

Optmazon uses Amazon's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. When you sign in and click "Connect Account," you'll be redirected to Amazon's login page where you authorize Optmazon to access your Seller Central and Advertising data. We never see or store your Amazon password.

What data does Optmazon access?

We access product catalog data, sales performance metrics (aggregated, no buyer PII), advertising campaign data, keyword performance, and Search Query Performance reports. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I revoke access?

You can revoke Optmazon's access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account. Navigate to Settings > User Permissions > Manage Apps and remove Optmazon. For the Advertising API, go to your Amazon Advertising Console > Settings > Authorized Applications.

What marketplaces are supported?

Optmazon currently supports the United States (US) and Canada (CA) Amazon marketplaces. Additional marketplace support is planned for future releases.

Troubleshooting

My data isn't loading

Check your API connection status in the Settings page. If your connection shows as "Disconnected," try re-authorizing your Amazon account. Data syncs may take up to 24 hours after initial connection.

Campaign changes aren't applying

All campaign changes in Optmazon require manual approval before they are applied. Check the "Pending Changes" section in your Campaigns dashboard to review and approve proposed optimizations.
