2. What Data We Collect

When you authorize OptMazon to access your Amazon Seller account through Amazon's SP-API OAuth 2.0 flow, we may collect the following data:

• Catalog data: Product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, and product identifiers (ASINs, SKUs)
• Pricing data: Current pricing, Buy Box status, and competitive pricing information
• Analytics data: Search Query Performance reports, brand analytics data, traffic and conversion metrics
• Advertising metrics: Campaign performance data, keyword performance, bid information, and ad spend metrics
• Account information: Seller ID and marketplace identifiers necessary to provide the Service

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to minimizing data collection. We do not collect:

• Personally identifiable information (PII) of buyers or customers
• Buyer shipping addresses, names, or contact information
• Payment or financial account information
• Order-level buyer data
• Any data outside the scope of the SP-API permissions you explicitly grant

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service, including:

• AI-powered analysis of your product listings to generate optimization recommendations
• Analyzing search query performance data to identify keyword opportunities
• Monitoring pricing and Buy Box status to provide pricing recommendations
• Analyzing advertising campaign performance to suggest bid and keyword optimizations
• Generating alerts and notifications about changes to your listings or competitive landscape

We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service for your account.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using the following measures:

• Encryption at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Encryption in transit: All data transfers use TLS 1.3
• Infrastructure: Data is stored on Cloudflare's encrypted, globally distributed infrastructure
• Access controls: Strict access controls limit data access to authorized systems only
• Data isolation: Each seller's data is logically isolated and never mixed with other sellers' data

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: We maintain a 90-day rolling window of data. Data older than 90 days is automatically purged.
• Account revocation: When you revoke OptMazon's access from Amazon Seller Central, all your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• Deletion requests: You may request immediate data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your seller data to any third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to your account.

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) to host and process data, but these providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and do not have access to your unencrypted data.

OptMazon is fully compliant with Amazon's:

We only access data that is necessary for the services you have authorized and within the scope of permissions granted through the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

• Revoke OptMazon's access from your Amazon Seller Central account at any time
